Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Director - West. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing sales operations, building and fostering relationships with key customers, and leading a high-performing sales team in the Western region. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities for growth, creating strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities and generate growth
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Sales Operations and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and streamlined processes
  • Ability to lead and inspire through Team Management, coaching, and mentoring to drive team success
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in working with diverse industries such as technology, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and team members
