• Examine student reading and writing performance metrics — including Reel engagement data, MAP scores, and assessment outcomes — leveraging AI workflows and LLM orchestrations to pinpoint learning deficiencies and create focused interventions. (Approximately 40% of your time allocation.)
• Building AI-enhanced tools that respond to diverse learning styles, rendering grammar intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis approachable for learners across all proficiency levels.
• Creating adaptive learning sequences that respond in real-time, supporting student progression from phonics fundamentals through advanced textual interpretation, ensuring each individual advances at their ideal rate.
