Position: Order Clerks

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20–$50/hour

Location: Remote (United States)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Process and manage high volumes of customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally with customers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order workflows and integrate AI tools.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies using a solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to training and refining AI models used in order processing workflows.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation for auditing and quality assurance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in order processing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong organizational and workflow management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues independently.
• Experience working with or training AI-driven order management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and compliance.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, order entry systems, and digital communication tools.
