Location: RemotePosition Overview:

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. This person will assist with recruiting and hiring ConnectHealth’s internal team members across various departments, including recruiting, credentialing, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment and grow into a more senior talent acquisition role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
• Source and screen candidates using ATS and job boards
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department leads
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit and interest
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS (Bullhorn experience a plus)
• Support offer letters, onboarding paperwork, first day/week details, and HR coordination
• Communicate professionally with all candidates and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with recruitment reporting and weekly updates to leadership
• Lead and assist with recruitment onboarding and training classes

Qualifications:

• 2 years of internal recruiting/talent acquisition (staffing industry experience required)
• Experience conducting L&D trainings to new hire groups
• Strong organization and follow-up skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or applicant tracking systems
• Motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-performing team
