Compensation: $100–$180 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Duration: Project-based (3-4 weeks initially, potential extension)

Role Responsibilities:

• Use your professional experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager to design questions related to healthcare management, policy, and administrative tasks in the healthcare industry.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure the questions accurately reflect real-world scenarios and industry practices.
• Review and assess AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with healthcare standards and delivers practical insights for healthcare professionals.
• Support the AI model in learning about hospital management, healthcare policy, patient care, and organizational efficiency.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong full-time work experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager.
• Expertise in healthcare administration, policy development, and organizational management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a healthcare environment.
