The Role
As a New Business Sales Executive, you will drive net-new business growth across Norway and the wider Nordic region. You’ll manage end-to-end sales cycles, working with enterprise and mid-market prospects to deliver tailored customer engagement solutions.
This role is perfect for a rising SaaS sales star ready to take ownership of a region, earn exceptional commission, and grow within a business built on integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to deal closure
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Run discovery, present solutions, deliver demos, and close deals
- Engage stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of seniority
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and product to ensure success
- Work to sales cycles typically between 6 to 24 months, depending on deal complexity
- Accurately forecast and report on pipeline activity and performance
What Does Success Look Like? Exceeding targets, closing high-value new business, and positioning yourself as a go-to commercial leader in the region. Also embracing a consultative approach to sales and contributing to a positive team culture.
What You’ll Bring:
- 18 months + of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (post-SDR/BDR stage)
- Proven ability to close deals and navigate complex buying journeys
- A strong grasp of consultative, value-led sales techniques
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Based anywhere in Norway, with flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
- Driven, coachable, and aligned with a people-first culture
