Human Resources Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a mid-senior level professional who can independently manage core HR functions, support business objectives, and drive employee engagement across a distributed workforce in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation planning
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support leadership with organizational development and workforce planning
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
• Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HR management roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance
• Experience managing remote teams or distributed workforce preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in HR tools/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
