Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a growing organization with high-volume and specialized hiring needs. This role partners closely with hiring teams to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions and will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future workforce needs.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, hands-on with sourcing, and comfortable shifting between different types of requisitions depending on business demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-life-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for a wide range of roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with current and future needs
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels and creative sourcing techniques
  • Screen and assess candidates using structured and behavioral interview methods
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for recurring and high-demand roles
  • Support hiring activity for contract and potential contract-to-hire needs
  • Ensure recruiting-related information is accurately captured and tracked throughout the process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal partners in a fast-paced environment

Areas of Recruiting Focus

The team is looking to balance skill sets across multiple recruiting needs, including:

  • Broad-based recruiting experience across multiple job families
  • IT and/or sales-oriented recruiting
  • High-volume scientific or laboratory recruiting, requiring strong attention to detail and verification steps beyond standard ATS processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • OR a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and offer support
  • Proven experience directly sourcing and engaging candidates
  • Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting technical, scientific, laboratory, or high-volume roles
  • Experience developing and executing recruiting strategies
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing roles with additional verification or compliance steps
