About us:

We're a dynamic and growing healthcare/wellness company based in central Melbourne, dedicated to nurse-led PRPM (preventative remote patient monitoring) using the latest medical wearables and other monitoring devices. As we expand, we're seeking a versatile Part-Time flexible (8 - 16 hours per week - work from home) Marketing Manager to join our team.

Your Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, and evaluate our marketing performance metrics. You will have a strong marketing background in the medical, healthcare or wellness industry with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and ok with wearing a number of hats as we expand.

Initially 8 - 16 hours per week, expanding as we expand. Hourly pay will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and optimise engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
• Monitor analytics, respond to comments, and grow our online presence

Customer Support & Order coordination

• Handle customer inquiries and order processing (via Xero and our suppliers order portal)

Marketing Strategy

• Assist with campaigns to promote services/products in the medical/healthcare/wellness space
• Collaborate on email marketing and design (experience with mailchimp and canva is a bonus)
• Collaborate on blogs, newsletters, and visuals aligned with our mission

You'll thrive if you:

• Have experience in the medical, healthcare or and/or wellness industries
• Have a proven track record managing social media accounts and creating posts that lead to followers
• Have experience in online customer service and order management
• Live close by Middle park/Albert area to enable face to face meetings and strategy workshops
• Are comfortable working with and excited about the Digital Health Technology space
