The Role
We are looking for a motivated professional to serve as a key partner to our CEO and founder, providing both strategic product operations support and executive assistance. In this role, you will collaborate with 10 product teams across our organisation, ensuring operational excellence and driving productivity. You will also serve as the CEO’s primary point of contact for scheduling, travel, and day-to-day coordination. This position offers the chance to shape product outcomes, refine processes, and contribute to high-level decision-making.
Key Actions & Duties
- Strategic Product Support: Work closely with 10 product teams to align objectives, coordinate resources, and improve delivery processes.
- Executive & Personal Assistance: Manage the CEO’s schedule, organise travel, plan events, and oversee daily tasks to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Market Research (Competitor & UX): Conduct competitor analysis and gather user experience insights to inform product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise across teams—including leadership, design, marketing, development, ops, and data—to keep project timelines on track.
- Operational Strategy: Identify best practices, implement process improvements, and shape strategic workflows that optimise product outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key performance metrics and gather feedback to recommend enhancements for products and operations.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 2–4 years in product operations, project management, or a related field.
- Organisational Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of organisation.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on skills with data tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and preferably SQL.
- Strong Communication: Capable of conveying information clearly at all organisational levels.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
