We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter US-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with based candidates and stakeholders while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
• 8+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for various US IT technologies
• Understand client requirements and align suitable candidate profiles accordingly
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring deadlines
• Maintain recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and ATS updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong experience in US IT staffing and recruitment
• Good understanding of US work authorizations and hiring models
• Ability to work with candidates across different time zones
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with US IT contract and FTE staffing processes
