Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and assisting with various organizational and communication needs. The individual will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and ensure smooth operational support for executives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and carrying out Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software and other administrative tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent)
- Prior experience in supporting leadership roles is a plus
