🎯 Role Overview

As a Workday Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

✔ Implementing and configuring Workday Recruitment solutions to optimize hiring processes

✔ Advising clients on best practices for talent acquisition and recruiting workflows

✔ Collaborating with HR teams to ensure seamless system integration

✔ Supporting end-to-end Workday implementations, including design, testing, and deployment

✔ Troubleshooting recruitment module issues and providing expert solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 3+ years of Workday Recruitment experience

🔹 Workday Recruitment certification (preferred)

🔹 Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, candidate workflows, and recruiting analytics

🔹 Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
