🎯 Role Overview

As a Workday Core HCM & Absence Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

✔ Implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM & Absence solutions to meet client needs

✔ Advising clients on best practices and system optimization

✔ Supporting end-to-end Workday implementations, including design, testing, and deployment

✔ Troubleshooting and resolving Workday-related issues

✔ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔹 3+ years of Workday Core HCM & Absence experience

🔹 Workday certification in Core HCM (preferred)

🔹 Strong understanding of absence policies and leave management

🔹 Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
