Role Description

4i Apps Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager (full-time or part-time) for an initial 6-month contract, with an intention to transition into a permanent role. This remote role will focus on expanding our Oracle solutions business within the ANZ region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing growth strategies to achieve sales targets. They will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive business development and expand 4i Apps Solutions' market presence in ANZ.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, and Sales within the Oracle technology or cloud solutions industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, drive revenue, and manage the sales cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in coordinating with presales and technical teams for demos and nurture leads.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to collaborate with Oracle and partners to expand market reach and support joint sales.
  • Familiarity with Oracle’s partner ecosystem and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong client-centric approach.
