About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Bid Manager to join our growing construction team. This is a pivotal position within a small but ambitious company, where the successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end bidding process, combining commercial insight with technical expertise.

As Bid Manager / Business Developer, you will be responsible for preparing compelling and competitive bids and tenders across a range of construction projects. You must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) with proven experience in estimating, cost planning, and bid preparation. Additionally, you will be expected to produce or coordinate drawings and technical plans, supporting proposals with accurate and well-presented visuals.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment and enjoys taking a proactive approach to securing new business.
