The Impactful Online Events Coalition is a rapidly growing collection of thought leaders and organizations who believe that there is a huge untapped potential in the world of online events to bring together partners from around the globe who are individually working on reducing inequality and fighting societal collapse.

Most major societal dysfunctions persist in part because of "siloed thinking", which almost always ends up as group think where true thought leaders are most likely going to be ostracized for challenging the mainstream viewpoint.

But at the same time, outside thinkers all too often come across as having a "burn it all down" mentality.

So clearly there is a need to find common ground, support the internal rebel thought leaders, and get as many people as possible outside of their silos so they can see how the rest of the world views their sector of society and they can gain some fresh insight into the problems they are trying to solve.

Role Description

This is a volunteer position for Global Recruiting Director with Impactful Online Events Coalition. The role requires 8-12 hours per week, and involves running ads, interviewing, communication, and other recruiting and training activities for the organization. As a remote position, the Global Director of Recruiting will play a key role in continuing to build a continental network of coaches and partners to support IOEC's mission.

OPTIONAL:

IF you also want to be an IOEC Show Host, leading 1 or more monthly or weekly segments, that will typically be possible.

If you are more experiences as a Show Host rather than as a Recruiter, we can teach you the recruiting side in a short, but intense, onboarding program.

Qualifications

• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Training expertise
• Experience in global recruitment and volunteer management OR Extensive Online Event experience
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team
• Passion for social impact and personal accountability
• Previous experience in leadership roles
