White Manna Capital Partners is a healthcare/life sciences values-driven hedge fund focused on long-term growth, capital preservation, and strategic investments. This is a start up opportunity to get in at the ground level and help with sourcing and capital raising with accredited investors, family offices and institutional investors. Looking for someone with experience raising capital and a strong network that can be leveraged rapidly.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Investor Relations. The Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for capital formation/raising capital, managing communication with investors, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and preparing and disseminating pitches, and investor related material. The role also entails conducting financial analysis and modeling, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders. The Director will be expected to regularly engage in strategic planning and participate in investor meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Investor Relations and Finance skills
• Previous experience working in a hedge fund
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling
• Experience in preparing and distributing Press Releases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field

Compensation package includes:
