Senior Finance Specialist | Remote

Position: Capital Markets & Sponsor Coverage Expert Type: Part-time, Hourly contract Compensation: $140–$240/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and execution of advanced capital markets transactions, including IPO modeling and SPAC structuring.
• Advise on sponsor economics, covering carried interest waterfalls, co-investment structures, and management incentive plans.
• Structure and evaluate bespoke transactions, including Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) and other tailored deal strategies.
• Build and refine detailed deal models with sensitivity analysis and leverage optimization.
• Provide actionable insights on market access, fundraising strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support sponsor-level economics and strategic financing initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver clear, high-impact written and verbal communications for senior leadership and investor audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or equivalent roles at tier-one institutions.
• Advanced mastery of capital markets concepts, including IPO and SPAC mechanics.
• Deep expertise in sponsor economics, including carried interest, co-investment, and incentive modeling.
• Strong experience with bespoke transaction structures, particularly Reverse Morris Trusts.
• Advanced deal modeling skills with a focus on sensitivity analysis and leverage structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in remote settings.
