Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating projects across multiple teams, ensuring clear planning, structured execution, and effective communication between stakeholders. 

In this role, you will manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from planning and initiation to delivery and evaluation. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project goals are clearly defined, risks are managed proactively, and progress is communicated transparently. 

You will help maintain structure and alignment across teams by tracking timelines, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet expected standards. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview of priorities, dependencies, and operational constraints. 

Essential Job Tasks

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables together with stakeholders and senior management. 
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within agreed timelines. 
• Monitor project progress and performance using project management tools. 
• Manage project changes, including scope adjustments, timeline updates, and resource allocation. 
• Ensure all project changes and updates are properly documented. 
• Identify potential project risks and proactively monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize impact on project outcomes. 
• Escalate critical issues to senior management with recommended solutions when necessary. 
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and project teams to ensure transparency and alignment. 
• Prepare project updates, reports, and performance summaries for leadership and stakeholders. 
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are clearly tracked. 
• Collaborate with department heads and team leads to secure resources and resolve potential resource conflicts. 
• Ensure project deliverables are completed and approved before project closure. 
• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies. 

Skills & QualificationsExperience 

• 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, IT, software development, engineering, or related consulting environments. 
• Proven experience of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar systems. 
• Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage. 

Technical Skills 

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies. 
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Experience working with project management tools. 
• Understanding of modern software development concepts including APIs, frontend/backend architecture, databases, version control, and CI/CD practices. 
• Ability to analyse project dependencies, timelines, and operational constraints. 

Soft Skills 

• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams toward project goals. 
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
