We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the strategy, execution and optimisation of campaigns across a portfolio of high-growth brands.

This role is ideal for a strong in-house marketer or agency-side specialist who wants to make a bigger commercial impact across multiple brands. You’ll work across full-funnel campaign strategy, paid media execution, customer acquisition planning, creative testing, marketing consultation and broader business growth initiatives.

Implementation is at the heart of this role. We’re looking for a true full-stack marketer — someone who can think strategically, move quickly, execute with precision, and turn ideas into measurable outcomes for clients.

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll work closely with Account Managers, creative partners, web specialists and senior leaders to help develop and implement growth strategies for clients.

You’ll be involved in shaping media strategies, building campaign structures, identifying customer acquisition opportunities, analysing performance, briefing creative and supplier teams, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is excellent at their craft, commercially minded, and energised by helping brands grow.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop full-funnel media strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion and retention.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
  • Support Google Ads, SEM, affiliate and broader acquisition initiatives to drive measurable business growth.
  • Work on media allocations and budget recommendations across channels, campaigns and funnel stages.
  • Support marketing consultations with clients, helping translate business objectives into practical marketing actions.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies that consider creative, media, website experience, offer, funnel and retention.
  • Manage campaign pacing, budgets, optimisation and reporting across multiple client accounts.
  • Analyse campaign performance, creative insights, customer behaviour and commercial data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to broader business growth strategies for clients, including campaign planning, offer strategy, content direction, website opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with creative, web and marketing suppliers to deliver campaigns, assets and marketing initiatives to a high standard.
  • Brief and manage external suppliers across creative production, design, web, content and marketing operations.
  • Contribute to experimentation and A/B testing initiatives across paid media, creative, landing pages and customer journeys.
  • Identify new platform opportunities, marketing trends, AI workflows and emerging tools to improve campaign performance and execution quality.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes for clients.
  • Take ownership of implementation, ensuring strategies move from ideas into action quickly and effectively.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media, performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience developing or contributing to full-funnel campaign strategies.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple objectives, audiences, creatives and budgets.
  • A strong understanding of customer acquisition, marketing funnels, creative testing and performance optimisation.
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels, including paid social, search, email, website, content or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, communicate insights and recommend strategic actions backed by data.
  • The ability to turn strategy into execution, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating creative, content or campaign assets for paid media and broader marketing initiatives.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine interest in how marketing impacts revenue, customer acquisition, profitability and business growth.
  • A desire to grow into a high-calibre full-stack marketer and contribute meaningfully to client outcomes.
