Role Description

  • Location: Australia (Remote)
  • Type: Commission-Based Only (No Fixed Salary)

We’re looking for a Australia-based Enterprise Sales Manager to join us in a remote, commission-based capacity. You’ll be a key player in introducing Voece AI to HR leaders across the ANZ region and driving new client acquisition.

**This is not a salaried role—NO FIXED SALARY—**but it’s designed for high earning potential.

In addition to commissions on closed deals, we offer incentive-based compensation for every qualified deal movement through the sales pipeline. That means you earn continuously for your efforts—from deal origination to closure.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage Your Network – Introduce Voece AI to CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and HR leaders.
  • Drive New Business – Identify high-potential accounts and lead them through the sales cycle.
  • Consult & Advise – Help clients understand the ROI of conversational AI in recruitment.
  • Own the Sales Cycle – From discovery to demo, qualification to close.
  • Earn as You Go – Progress deals through defined sales stages and earn for each advancement.

What We’ll Support You With

While you’ll own the outreach and engagement, Voece AI will actively support your success through:

  • Sales Enablement Materials & Product Training
  • Initial Support in Product Demo (we expect you to be doing your own demos, post initial support & onboarding)
  • Support in Technical & Commercial Discussions
  • Assistance with Proposals, Contracts & Legal Closures

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong HR Network (ANZ Region) – Relationships with HR decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises
  • HR Tech or B2B SaaS Sales Experience – Ideally in recruitment or talent acquisition solutions
  • Entrepreneurial Energy – You're proactive, self-motivated, and outcome-driven
  • Great Communicator – You know how to earn trust, ask the right questions, and guide stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with full-cycle B2B enterprise sales
  • Account Management & Client Success background
  • Exposure to ATS platforms or HR tech tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
