Our client is a private equity-backed provider of specialized supply chain and operational services to the life sciences and healthcare industry. With a growing footprint across the U.S. and Europe, they support pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic organizations across the clinical development lifecycle. The company is expanding rapidly through acquisition and internal growth, creating the need for experienced leadership to scale and professionalize its HR infrastructure.

Responsibilities

The HR Director will lead strategic HR operations and people leadership for a multi-site workforce across the U.S.:

  • Design and implement scalable HR systems and processes
  • Drive organizational design and change management initiatives in collaboration with business leaders
  • Lead and develop a team of three HR Business Partners supporting operations and commercial teams across multiple sites
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership across both operations and commercial functions
  • Support M&A integration activities and process alignment across new business units
  • Contribute to elevating the HR team from tactical execution to strategic partnership
  • Travel up to 20%

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience supporting multi-site, U.S.-based operational workforces
  • Proven track record of building or scaling HR infrastructure from scratch
  • Experience in a private equity or high-growth environment
  • Based in the U.S., Central or Eastern time zones
