About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the enthusiastic, proactive first point of contact for potential clients, managing inbound leads, setting appointments, and following up to ensure a seamless sales experience. Your ability to build rapport, qualify leads, and drive conversions will be critical in growing our business. If you are self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads (phone, SMS, email) and qualify potential clients.
  • Set and coordinate appointments with the VA Institute Directors.
  • Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a smooth conversion process.
  • Send personalised appointment reminders.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales interactions in our CRM.
  • Follow up missed appointments or reschedules
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities within our CRM.
  • Provide feedback to enhance our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed appointment and conversion targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of VA Institute programs and services to effectively articulate their value.
  • Potential to close sales once expertise in our business and offerings is established.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead management is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25mbps) and a professional home office setup.
