The UK GP Network Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding and managing uMed's UK GP network. You'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new GP practices, fostering strong relationships with existing network sites, and deploying innovative growth strategies to scale uMed's presence across primary care. In addition, you will be a key contributor to the establishment and growth of an exciting new GP Research Collaborative group, aiming to drive the delivery of scalable, professional, high-quality clinical trials in general practice. We're looking for someone who understands the realities of working in primary care and clinical research. You'll use your knowledge and experience to identify opportunities to strengthen how we support and collaborate with GP practices, and you'll work closely with the wider team to turn those insights into action. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team where ideas are valued, innovation is encouraged, and your work has real impact. - Identify, engage, and recruit GP practices to join the uMed network
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring practices are supported and set up for success
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing sites to drive engagement and retention - with particular focus on managing partnership groups.
- Contribute to the establishment and growth of a national GP research partnership group.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to accelerate network growth, utilising growth tools, services and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the onboarding and practice experience
- Track growth performance and provide regular updates on network expansion progress

- Background in healthcare, ideally with exposure to primary care and/or clinical research
