Tasks

Your Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Freelance Social Media Manager (m/f/d) to join our team on a remote-first basis (~25 hours/week). You will manage and grow our own channels, build brand awareness, and create inspiring content for our creator & brand community.

Requirements

Tasks

• Plan & schedule content for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn (approx. 6 posts/week)
• Research and implement social media trends in UGC, creator economy & marketing
• Write captions & create visuals (Canva, CapCut or similar tools)
• Be in front of the camera yourself for reels, TikToks & community-driven content
• Engage with our community (DMs, comments, shares)
• Track KPIs, prepare performance insights & assist with reporting

Requirements

• Passion for social media, trends & the creator economy
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (agency or freelance)
• Comfortable appearing on camera & creating video content
• Strong copywriting & basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Reliability, fast communication & attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with creative ideas
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
