Creative Strategist - Women-Led Wellness Platform
Futureheads have partnered with a fast-growing, women-led wellness brand and digital platform empowering women through strength training, mindfulness, and science-backed personal development tools.
Since launching in 2024, our client has seen phenomenal early success, rapidly scaling revenue, subscriber base, and app engagement to a market-leading position. With a global community and a founder who is a recognised fitness visionary, they're now focused on 10x-ing performance through exceptional creative.
They need a Creative Strategist to drive their next phase of growth by owning the end-to-end creative process for paid media across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a high-impact role at the core of their paid marketing efforts - from concept to creation, scripting compelling ads, crafting messaging strategies, and briefing creatives that scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and imaginative: a growth-focused thinker who thrives on turning insights into high-performing video ads, static campaigns, and UGC content.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing innovative ad concepts rooted in customer insight, consumer psychology, and performance data
- Owning the end-to-end creative strategy process from research and ideation to scripting, copywriting, briefing, and performance iteration
- Scripting face-to-camera content for founders and creators that is authentic, on-brand, and optimised for conversion
- Generating fresh campaign ideas, messaging angles, and hooks that resonate with core audiences
- Writing and editing copy for UGC, video ads, static creatives, and multi-format campaigns
- Leveraging tools like Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, and Foreplay.co to develop swipe files and benchmark creative trends
- Analysing competitor creative and content strategies for inspiration and positioning opportunities
- Taking ownership of creative testing and iterative optimisation, constantly refining concepts based on ad performance
- Writing detailed, insight-led briefs for designers, editors, and creators, ensuring timely execution of content
- Collaborating with media buyers to align creative direction with account goals and platform best practices
About you:
- Proven experience in creative strategy or performance content creation, ideally within DTC, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of what converts across paid social platforms
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing funnels, customer psychology, and content performance metrics
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and basic ad management processes
- A sharp eye for content that performs and an instinct for what makes a scroll-stopping ad
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, creative iteration, and the use of data to inform content decisions
- Naturally curious with a passion for understanding what makes people tick
- Creative and strategic—you have many ideas but know how to prioritise and test quickly
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and takes pride in executional excellence
