We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our inhouse design team. You will manage the client's expectations while overseeing the solution's progress and the interface designers' team. We are pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services, including Financial and Accounting web and mobile applications; Digital Services: Human Resources, Remote work, Productivity related systems; E-commerce; Logistics and Transportation, and more. Requirements

  • Project planning: Expertise in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with the product vision.
  • Prioritization frameworks: Proficiency in applying models like MoSCoW or RICE to manage and prioritize product features.
  • Agile methodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks, including backlog management
  • Consultative leadership: Skill in advising clients with limited product knowledge and guiding them toward strategic decisions.
  • Stakeholder management: Expertise in balancing and aligning diverse client and stakeholder needs.
  • Communication and persuasion: Ability to present complex ideas and trade-offs clearly, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • User research facilitation: Competence in organizing and interpreting user research to inform product decisions.
  • Empathy and insight: Strong understanding of user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Data-driven decision making: Proficiency in using research and analytics to validate ideas and inform product strategy.
  • Iteration management: Ability to facilitate iterative feedback loops to refine and improve product deliverables.
  • Resource allocation: Skill in optimizing team and tool resources for maximum efficiency and value.
  • Risk assessment: Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in product scope, timelines, or resource availability.
  • Crisis management: Skill in addressing unforeseen challenges and finding solutions under pressure.
  • Change management: Ability to adapt product or project plans dynamically to accommodate shifting priorities or constraints.
  • Lifecycle management: Competence in planning for scalability, future enhancements, and maintenance of products post-launch.

  • Client enablement: Skill in empowering clients with the tools and strategies needed to sustain product success.
  • Team leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and efficient execution.

Languages: English: all our clients speak English, so it is crucial for you to have an Advanced level Ukrainian: Native Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Coordination:
  • Manages the end-to-end process of projects, including project plan definition, requirements gathering, steps, backlog management, reviews, design process assistance, cross-team collaboration and related
  • Coordinates with clients, Interface Designers and other involved parties to ensure project success
  • Facilitating client calls to present project progress, discuss next steps and ensure alignment on goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Consolidates and manages project documentation
  • Planning & Monitoring:
  • Develops project plans, timelines and budgets and validates them with the Leads
  • Monitors project progress, timelines and adjusts plans as needed
  • Manages the risks
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensures deliverables are completed on time, meet quality standards validated by Lead and meet goals and expectations in close collaboration with Interface Designers
  • Facilitates leading projects' retrospectives
  • Ensures the content-part of the design is clear and meets the context
  • Manages further proposals for the projects in close collaboration with Lead and Interface Designers
