• Feature Development: Crafting and executing new features with an emphasis on scalability, durability, and long-term product impact.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to refine requirements and leading technical discussions to align features with product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product stability, enhancing performance, and proactively identifying and solving issues.
• Technical Design: Making critical technical decisions that directly affect user experiences and product scalability.

Basic RequirementsSenior Full-Stack Engineer key responsibilities

• Minimum of 1 year of full-stack development experience, handling both front-end and back-end features.
• At least 2 years as the main technical driver for a SaaS product, making strategic technical decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience working on genuine SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Experience with integrating generative AI into your daily development activities.
