Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in revolutionizing English and Language Arts education by leveraging AI-powered analytics to double student mastery speeds across reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis. Your innovations within our 2 Hour Learning framework will directly contribute to measurable improvements in student outcomes across all grade levels. Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline
• Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in ELA teaching or curriculum development, with proven success in improving student outcomes
• Possess foundational coding knowledge in any programming language
• Show practical experience with AI systems in educational applications
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in interpreting and acting on complex data
• Excel in communication, with the ability to make complex language concepts accessible to diverse audiences
