We’re expanding and we’re looking for a driven Business Growth Associate based in Poland to lead our market entry, partnerships, and business growth across the EU.

About the Role

A commission-based, high-impact growth role for someone who thrives on autonomy, networking, and results. You’ll represent Toki & Takara in Europe, driving new business, partnerships, and consulting opportunities while helping clients achieve their goals through strategic insights and impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and consulting opportunities across Europe
  • Pitch Toki & Takara’s services (Strategy, HR Consulting, Business Operations, Offshore Development, Visual Editing and development)
  • Report performance and insights directly to the Founder’s Office
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase client value 
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to support key negotiations 
  • Stay ahead of market and industry trends to add strategic value 
  • Represent Toki & Takara at client meetings, events, and networking forums 
  • Promote and uphold the company’s brand and relationship-driven approachWhat You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields 
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Consulting Sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (Polish or another EU language is preferred)
  • A confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven approach
  • Business acumen and confidence to handle senior client conversations 
  • Strong understanding of B2B consulting, HR, or professional services
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling/emailing, and CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and think long-term

Compensation

  • Commission-Based Model: Earn a percentage on each successful project, client closure, or retained engagement.
  • Performance Multipliers for multi-client contracts or recurring retainers.
  • Opportunity to move into a retainer + commission hybrid after consistent performance.

(This role rewards performance, not presence.)
