Role Description

We are seeking a Scholarship Coordinator to join our team on a remote, contract basis. In this role, you will manage the operations of our scholarship programs, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, overseeing timelines, and developing initiatives that support our diverse professional community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the scholarship program, ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
  • Perform analytical tasks to guide strategic decision-making and improve program effectiveness.
  • Draft reports, email updates, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage schedules, track project timelines, and handle daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong organisational skills, prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Work both independently and as part of a remote team to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Program Management and Development, with a focus on scholarship coordination.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and provide analytical support.
  • Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment, balancing independent tasks with teamwork.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
