About The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Closing Admin to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the closing processes by coordinating communications, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions. Your bilingual skills will be essential in liaising with diverse clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication across different languages. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and at least one other language. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, is essential. The ability to type at a minimum of 30 WPM, work independently, and effectively prioritize tasks is crucial. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while an associate degree is preferred. Candidates must also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with handling confidential information and managing multiple responsibilities concurrently will be highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and managing calendars to support efficient workflow.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Manage internal and external calls, messages, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Support the closing process by preparing necessary documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative procedures and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Provide bilingual support to clients and team members, ensuring effective communication across language barriers.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the department's objectives and goals.
