About Us
The Care Leaders is an award-winning, mission-driven organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of care-experienced children and young people. At our core is a simple but powerful mission: to do good things, with good people, for good causes—always striving to enhance the lives of care-experienced people.
Our work focuses on four key areas of impact:
- Consultancy
We partner with local governments and organisations to improve the services care-experienced people receive. Through creativity and innovation, we design services and projects that ensure young people leave stronger than when they entered.
2. The Care Leaders Online
Our e-learning platform provides high-quality training facilitated by professionals with both lived and learned experience of children’s services. It equips frontline workers—teachers, foster carers, and social workers—with practical tools to better support young people.
3. The Care Leaders Fellowship
Our leadership programme empowers individuals to develop ideas, projects, or businesses that benefit care-experienced children, fostering leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial growth.
4. The Care Leaders Summit
We are developing a national conference and events series to inspire frontline workers, senior leaders, and decision-makers. These events will showcase innovative projects, deliver engaging training, and provide spaces to share learning, driving real change in children’s social care.
Under the leadership of our Founder and CEO, Luke Rodgers BEM, The Care Leaders has rapidly grown. Over the last four years, we’ve launched award-winning initiatives, facilitated nationally recognised projects, and supported thousands of care-experienced people and the professionals who work with them.
As we enter an ambitious new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven, adaptable, and highly organised Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and helping us deliver our vision.
This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation and play a vital role in transforming the lives of children and young people.
