We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Operations Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for our clients and employees. In this role, you will manage a variety of day-to-day requests and processes, such as payroll queries, expenses and platform administration. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting smooth operations across all of our functions, ensuring quick response times and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Acting as the first point of contact for employee and client queries.
• Managing routine HR and payroll-related requests (e.g. payslip questions, expense submissions)
• Supporting with onboarding and off-boarding coordination.
• Handling data entry, documentation creation, and basic reporting.
• Managing and maintaining internal platforms.
• Coordinating administrative tasks to support the Country Specialists and Client Experience Partners.
• Ensuring documentation and employee records are kept up to date and compliant.
• Assisting with compliance-related research and managing knowledge bases.

• You have experience in a people operations, HR coordinator, or client services role - start-up experience is a plus, but not required.
• You’re highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• You have great communication skills and are comfortable handling queries with professionalism and clarity.
• You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right the first time.
• You’re approachable, service-driven, and enjoy helping people.
• You’re curious and proactive in staying up to date with HR and compliance matters.
