Graduate Business Development Associate (Recruitment)

The role

We are looking for a highly driven graduate who wants to build a career in commercial business development. This role focuses on opening new client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and supporting the delivery of recruitment projects across both permanent and contract markets.

What you’ll do

• Initiate conversations with companies via phone, LinkedIn and email
• Build relationships with HR and line managers
• Identify real hiring needs and commercial opportunities
• Support recruitment delivery and client management
• Gradually take ownership of your own clients and revenue
