Product Designer (UI/Visual) – AI Experiences & Prototypes

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UI and visual craft to join our AI Research team and help bring cutting-edge ideas to life.

This isn’t a traditional design role.

You’ll design forward-looking AI experiences, interactive demos, and digital touchpoints that showcase what’s next in CRM and artificial intelligence. Your work will live at the intersection of research, product, and storytelling - translating complex ideas into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and compelling.

You’ll collaborate with a deeply cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, product managers, and marketers, all working together to shape the future of AI-driven products.

Our AI Research team operates at the frontier:

• Publishing at top academic conferences
• Filing patents and influencing product direction
• Rapidly prototyping ideas that inform the future roadmap

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, high-impact interfaces and prototypes for AI-driven demos across web and mobile
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, elegant user experiences
• Partner with researchers, engineers, and PMs to rapidly move from concept → prototype → polished demo
• Evolve the AI Research web presence (site, blog, and digital storytelling) with marketing
• Create visual assets across formats:
• Product demos
• Presentation design
• Social and brand visuals
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with speed and precision
• Contribute to and refine design systems and standards
• Clearly communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

🧩 What You Bring

• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design (concept → shipped or demo-ready work)
• Exceptional UI/visual design craft with a modern, polished aesthetic
• Ability to turn ambiguous, complex ideas into clean, usable experiences
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Bonus (but highly valuable):

• Ability to prototype in code or “vibe-code” when needed
• Experience designing for AI, data-rich, or experimental products
• Familiarity with storytelling through demos or interactive experiences

🛠 Tools & Skills

• Figma (primary)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Bonus: front-end prototyping (HTML/CSS/JS or similar)
