About The Role We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in Presentation & Document Templates to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, scalable templates, presentations, documents, and workbooks for a suite of productivity applications used widely across different sectors. Your expertise in graphic design fundamentals combined with visual storytelling will enable you to create polished, accessible, and easy-to-customize content tailored to a diverse customer base. You will work closely with content leads, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate creative directions and content requirements into visually compelling and functional designs. Success in this position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong file-building skills, proactive communication, and adaptability to evolving project priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Two to four years of professional experience in graphic design, focusing on presentations, templates, documents, or business content
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, and overall visual design judgment
• Hands-on experience designing content within presentation, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications
• Strong understanding of template design, presentation layout, document formatting, and workbook creation
• Experience developing reusable layouts, consistent styles, and scalable design systems
• Proficiency with industry-standard productivity software, including presentation, document, and spreadsheet tools
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience integrating AI-enabled design or productivity tools into workflows
• Excellent interpretative skills for creative briefs and content requirements
• Strong communication skills—visual, written, and verbal—and ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently, establish milestones, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality presentation templates, documents, and spreadsheet workbooks that meet client and internal standards
• Create layouts, visual systems, and reusable components supporting various customer scenarios
• Translate creative briefs, content needs, and design directions into polished, production-ready files
• Apply sound design judgment across typography, color, composition, imagery, spacing, and content hierarchy
• Format and refine tables, charts, graphics, and other content elements for clarity and visual impact
• Ensure templates are accessible, technically compliant, and easy for customers to customize
• Organize, edit, and quality-check files across multiple productivity applications
• Maintain consistent file structures, styling, and scalable design patterns across deliverables
• Incorporate AI tools into workflow processes while maintaining quality control and creative oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and improve content quality
• Establish project milestones, monitor progress, and adapt to shifting priorities and requirements
• Proactively communicate project status, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
• Maintain high standards of quality across a high volume of design and production tasks
