About The Role The Healthcare Data Analyst plays a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting healthcare data to support decision-making and project objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive healthcare improvement initiatives. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure data integrity, develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and support the delivery of accurate, timely information. The position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while maintaining high standards of professionalism and collaboration. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or related discipline
- Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively
- Foundational knowledge of data management, analytics principles, and tools
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings effectively
- Interpret data trends and patterns to support healthcare improvement initiatives
- Present data insights to internal teams and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables align with project goals and client needs
- Ensure adherence to data governance and data integrity standards across all analyses
- Support the development and implementation of data management best practices
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on data analysis tools and techniques as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics methodologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities
