Now we are looking for a Travel Agent to support the team in their business trips.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in planning and coordinating travel for company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage and book all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, using travel platforms like Egencia, Arbitrip, City Travel and Navan.
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries in Excel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide customer service to employees, addressing travel-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and adhere to the company’s travel policies, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

About You:

• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms (Egencia, Arbitrip, Navan) and Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with travel policies.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing travel needs.
