Service Coordinator - aftersales supportLocation: Poland - fully remote with business trips (2-3 days per week)
The Job (responsibilities):
- Execution and implementation of the centrally specified service and after-sales processes
- Expansion of spare parts & after-market sales with existing and new customers
- Support and regular visit of dealers and relevant service companies
- Technical Customer Consulting (Dealer, Industry and Consumer)
- Sales support
- On-site contact for authorities and, if arising, product liability cases
- First point of contact for the Dealers in relation to the service
- Service Manager support
- Preparation of reports
The Person (requirements):
- At least 3 years of experience with technical / commercial field
- After-sales / service experience in consumer products (ideally outdoor power equipment).
- Solution oriented, negotiation and sales skills
- Coping with difficult situations
- Ready for frequent business trips
- Driving license
- **Very good communication in English (**other CE language or German language will be an advantage)
- Familiar in working as a team member
- Self-reliant and ready to take challenges
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
