Service Coordinator - aftersales supportLocation: Poland - fully remote with business trips (2-3 days per week)

The Job (responsibilities):

  • Execution and implementation of the centrally specified service and after-sales processes
  • Expansion of spare parts & after-market sales with existing and new customers
  • Support and regular visit of dealers and relevant service companies
  • Technical Customer Consulting (Dealer, Industry and Consumer)
  • Sales support
  • On-site contact for authorities and, if arising, product liability cases
  • First point of contact for the Dealers in relation to the service
  • Service Manager support
  • Preparation of reports

The Person (requirements):

  • At least 3 years of experience with technical / commercial field
  • After-sales / service experience in consumer products (ideally outdoor power equipment).
  • Solution oriented, negotiation and sales skills
  • Coping with difficult situations
  • Ready for frequent business trips
  • Driving license
  • **Very good communication in English (**other CE language or German language will be an advantage)
  • Familiar in working as a team member
  • Self-reliant and ready to take challenges
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
