We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support technical service operations focused on equipment validation, controlled environment testing, and facility qualification. This role involves working across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, advanced manufacturing, electronics, and other highly regulated sectors.
This position offers the chance to manage complex projects tied to specialized environments such as cleanrooms, while collaborating with both internal teams and external clients. It is well-suited to individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in dynamic, high-demand settings. The role is remote, with involvement in projects nationwide.
Salary Range
$85,000 – $95,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing project-related questions or challenges
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of client requests and project issues
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Analyze and manage project data, including tracking progress, equipment details, service records, and contract status
- Produce reports and dashboards that support decision-making and performance tracking
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and improve forecasting accuracy
- Support budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling activities across projects
- Document meetings, action items, and project updates in accordance with internal procedures
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing projects (non-IT and non-finance focus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Monday.com
