Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time (GMT/BST)
28 days of paid holiday per year.

We put Solar & Renewables businesses on steroids.
We're an advertising agency that specialise in running Meta Ads for Solar companies.
We generate residential and commercial solar installation opportunities for growing installation businesses and focus exclusively on the results we deliver on a monthly basis.
Our turnover has rocketed 2,000% in 5 months with no signs of slowing down. Not to mention, we haven't had a client sign on and stop working with us since we started in May 2023.
Your mission:
You will be at the heart of keeping the SOS system firing on all cylinders, allowing us to maintain and accelerate a high growth rate.
Role summary:
We need a hyper-organised and detail-obsessed Tech VA who can manage the backend of client onboarding and account setup with zero room for error. From setting up Facebook access to managing monthly reporting materials, you'll be responsible for the systems that keep our operations running like clockwork.
We're looking for someone that can jump onto new software and get to grips quickly with a keen eye for attention to detail.
You will be working one on one with our Cofounder / Operations Director, Joe.
Core responsibilities:
Client onboarding management:
- Execute and oversee all technical aspects of the client onboarding process
- Ensure timely completion of setup tasks for each new client
- Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding procedures
Platform setup & maintenance:
- Configure Agency Analytics dashboards and reporting systems
- Establish video review collection workflows and forms
- Manage Meta Business Suite access and permissions
- Build and maintain client databases in Airtable
Content & automation management:
- Schedule and coordinate organic social content across platforms
- Set up cross-platform tracking and data integration
- Create and troubleshoot client account access across Meta and Google properties
- Implement and maintain automations and data feeds
- Configure and optimise GoHighLevel CRM systems
Qualifications & skills:
Essential technical skills:
- Proficiency with major marketing and analytics platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software systems
