We are looking for a Business Analyst, for our well-known client.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in bridging the gap between business and engineering, capable of navigating technical discussions and experienced in leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to drive change and influence decision-making at all levels.

Location: Poland, Warsaw

What you will do:

● Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and foster cooperation, coordination and communication across the organization

● Define and document business requirements that support Engineering in system development and design.

● Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, on-time delivery, and effective risk mitigation. This requires the ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts, shift between diverse topics, and adjust to evolving priorities.

● Compile and communicate project status updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.

● Drive collaboration across teams, fostering an environment of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

● Manage critical administrative functions essential to the efficiency of the Engineering organization.

What you bring:

● 6+ years of experience successfully defining, managing, and leading projects and transformation initiatives.

● Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of software engineering concepts, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks—enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.

● Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of operationalizing best practices and delivering measurable improvements.

● Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively in a matrixed organization.

● Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
