Associate Project Manager

We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to assist our Client Management Team with Asana project management, ensuring that client deadlines are met, and helping to keep subject matter experts (SMEs) on track and key stakeholders informed about project progress.

Responsibilities

Project Management responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring the daily progress of projects across a portfolio of clients
• Providing detailed updates to stakeholders via virtual meetings and email communications
• Recording client feedback, action items, and other key details during calls
• Translating client needs into clearly-defined tasks for SMEs to complete
• Ensuring that team members have the necessary resources to complete their assigned tasks on time and within budget limits
• Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other files for easy access
• Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing project logistics
• Collaborating with other Project Managers to manage internal resources sustainably

Qualifications

An ideal candidate who will exceed expectations has the following qualities:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience (3-4 years)
• Biological science background with technical and/or lab experience highly preferred
• Administrative and/or service industry experience preferred
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and strategy highly preferred
• Great communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Team management and leadership skills
• Documentation management and the ability to use project management tools (Asana experience preferred)
• High attention to detail (even under pressure)
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
