Business Analyst

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop detailed documentation (JIRA).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance business processes.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the clinical research industry is a plus.
