Location: Remote / Northamptonshire Head Office
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission and quarterly bonus scheme - £70K OTE
Type: Full-time, 08:00 - 16:00

Given continued success we’re seeking an experienced, people-focused and highly motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on making a difference and helping clients meet their objectives.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for new business engagement, nurturing leads and providing tailored training solutions to construction contractors across the UK. This is a highly consultative sales role where you’ll match client needs with impactful training and development initiatives that make a real difference, we aim to foster long-term relationships with our clients driven by exceptional service and first-class delivery, prior experience in this sector is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales and training opportunities across various industries
- Make KIT calls to understand client challenges and explore suitable training solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and suppliers
- Prepare and deliver engaging proposals and presentations
- Meet and exceed monthly KPI’s
- Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to align sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide sales forecasts
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales specifically within the construction training sector
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Resilience, ambition and a passion for delivering exceptional service and nurturing long term relationships
