Integration Manager

Role: Integration Platform Delivery Manager__Location: Anywhere in Australia__Duration: Contract_***Only Citizens are eligible to apply***__Skills Required:__Proven Delivery Expertise:_

• Extensive experience driving the delivery of technical projects and platform capabilities in agile environments as a Delivery Manager.
• Ability to define, document, and maintain delivery roadmaps and plans while managing priorities against team capacity**.**
• Experience delivering technical projects in a Government environment

Leadership & Communication

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly at the executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and efficient team culture.
• Lead and coach team members to enhance their delivery and professional expertise while fostering a culture of continuous improvement to promote a high performing team culture.
• Establish/maintain scrum team make up and function in collaboration with Section leadership
• Represent and drive integration teams during large-scale Agile events such as PI planning, showcases, ART syncs, inspect and adapt sessions, and branch-wide synchronization efforts.

Platform Engineering & Integration

- Proven experience in delivering digital integration platforms (as opposed to standalone applications).

- Solid understanding of platform engineering principles and practices over a traditional Project Management approach. 

Desirable Criteria:

• SAFe certifications and/or experience working in a SAFe or similar scaled agile environment.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Experience delivering integration platforms using SaaS products, particularly MuleSoft or API management platforms.
• Strong technical understanding of the MuleSoft platform.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS, or Miro for managing delivery.
