Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a SIMPRO Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, scheduling, maintaining documentation, and assisting in various operational tasks. The role also involves helping with data entry, updating systems, and performing basic troubleshooting within the SIMPRO platform to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SIMPRO software and the ability to provide troubleshooting support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and documentation management
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for managing correspondence and coordinating tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and system updates
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with technical support processes is a plus
- Previous experience in administrative roles, customer support, or operational management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
