What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to customer support tickets while addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders
- Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with their existing orders and guide new customers on placing orders online
- Communicate via email to address customer inquiries and concerns, as well as internal department queries related to orders
- Document issues and updates in Confluence for accurate record-keeping
- Occasionally visit court dockets for information on case filings and retrieve filed papers as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience assisting customers over the phone
- Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PDF Editor
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute

- Strong ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions
- Proven capability to maintain high productivity levels in stressful situations
- Experience in implementing new processes and improving performance
